LexOne is built to meet every general feature required for accreditation under Section 2, Rule VII of the Rules on Electronic Notarization (A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC), including e-KYC, multi-factor authentication, liveness detection, geolocation, tamper-evident encryption, and integration with the Supreme Court Central Notarial Database. Live accreditation is granted by the Electronic Notary Administrator.

A lawyer commissioned by the Supreme Court as an Electronic Notary Public (ENP) performs the notarial act. LexOne provides the technology facility they use — it never performs notarization itself.

Remote Electronic Notarization (REN) lets the principal appear virtually by videoconference. In-Person Electronic Notarization (IEN) requires physical appearance before the ENP, with the document handled electronically. LexOne supports both for every notarial act.

Yes. Under the limited extraterritorial performance rules, an ENP in the Philippines can notarize for a principal who is physically within a Philippine embassy, consular office, or Honorary Consul's office abroad, with a designated officer confirming their presence.
